PULP - POP UP LIFE PENRITH

Dementia Connect Only If Only (002)_edited.jpg

PULP is part of the GoFigure Group and are life drawing sessions for artists to undertake all day drawing/painting from life, including portraiture.

Following initial warm up poses, there will be a single pose lasting for the rest of the day. This will enable artists to undertake an in-depth study from life. Those artists wishing to do more than one piece, moving around the model is encouraged. To enable everyone to have adequate views of the model, numbers of attendees will be limited.

The Venue is - Stainton Village Hall - CA11 0EP

Parking is tight and it maybe that those attending will have to park in tandem in the village hall car park or park on the road.

Sessions have been organised for the following dates:

  • Sat 4th March, Sun 23rd April, Sat 13th May.

  • Fees - £20 per day

In order that costs are kept as low as possible, fees will need to be paid in advance and attendees will be encouraged to book a number of events in advance.  This advance booking will allow clarity in respect of numbers attending, so that models and venues can be booked with certainty.

If there is enthusiasm for this life art opportunity the plan would be to continue with further PULP events in the autumn.

In order to make the events viable, once a booking has been confirmed, a refund would not normally be considered.
